Feta Epirus is produced from pasteurized goat milk in Ammothopos Arta and is a Protected Designation of Origin cheese. It has a slightly acidic flavor, rich aroma, white color, and is compact with a few mechanical slits. Cut into pieces of 400g and pack in a plastic container in brine.
