Feta Epirus with 40% less salt than the classic Epirus slice. It is produced from pasteurized goat and goat milk in Amotopos Arta and is Protected Designation of Origin cheese. It has a slightly acidic flavor, rich aroma, white color and is compact with a few mechanical slits.
